Dynamic Content Add Detail Page Option Not Enabled

I am trying to add a new detail page to my dynamic content collection page. I added one before and it worked. I deleted it and I wanted to create a new one but the option is not enabled. I looked in the database to see where detail pages are stored but couldn't find it.
I also cannot edit collections. I get "Request failed with status code 400" error.

The main issue is that when I create ac collection, I cannot edit it. If I delete a detail page, I can no longer make one for an existing collection. The site files and database are fully backed up.

Accepted AnswerIn your previously craeted details page is in trash, You must delete it from trash also, then you can create new one, I delete it, and create new details page name Weekly Inspiration Details.
