Hello, I changed the kickstart file name to x. I uploaded it, unzipped it, installed it, renamed the htaccess.txt to .htaccess, enabled URL rewriting, and it works fine.

However, the contact link generates the following error:

It's problem with Joomla core Contact component view, nothing to worry about, easy to fix, but indeed we need access as Super User.

Your issue has been resolved. In the Helix Ultimate template, there was a template override at:

/templates/shaper_helixultimate/html/com_contact/contact/

I renamed it to:

/templates/shaper_helixultimate/html/com_contact/__contact/

and the issue is now fixed.

I hope this override issue doesn't disrupt the site's normal operation in future Joomla or Helix Ultimate updates and that it continues to work normally. Honestly, I don't like getting involved with overrides because I've seen quite a few issues with overrides on the Joomla forum. It's better if Kickstart works properly with its default configuration.

Just a very respectful observation, of course, and it's perhaps improving the kickstart by preventing users from having to modify things. That is, the kickstart should be an error-free installation, which wasn't my situation. An average user shouldn't be troubleshooting these kinds of problems, much less working with overrides. If people barely want to use Joomla without knowing how, and having to resolve these things when it's supposed to be a kickstart, then it's already quite tedious. You have to consider the ease of use for the user who wants to implement Helix Ultimate with the kickstart. I repeat, this is a respectful observation.

In any case, I appreciate the help. The site is working well. I'll finish configuring details and modifying what we need to work for the public. If everything goes well, I'll encourage my clients to purchase an SPPB5 license; it's worth it.

Thank you, and indeed, we could forget about this component override, because, as I mentioned earlier, no one uses it. New versions of Joomla regularly change the code, and this is probably what caused the error. Fortunately, a new, even better version of Helix Ultimate is announced later this month, so I will personally make sure that this error is fixed.
