TEXT-BLOCK : HEADER STYLING NOT RESPONDING

Hi guys,

I'm making :

a Joomla module, made with SPPB.

Inside Accordions, I have text-blocks. The Text-Block HEADER does not respond to styling.

(Have cleared all cache, refreshed and re-started)
