Page Lost / Website Down

Hello, my website is down since yesterday. When I go to other pages, they say "Oops, looks like the page is lost."
Before that, one of ours uploaded templates/politicas/css/bootstrap.min.css because of a main menu problem (place). I can't have access to Page Builder.
But now, all my website are down except Home.

Accepted AnswerI check now and it's working : I put yes to "Add a suffix to URLs" But, i can't have access on frontend editor SP Page Builder. When i click they ask me an id and password. Or any ID / psswd that I usually used work.
