Lazy Load With YouTube Background Videos - Page Crashes

I was having issues with my homepage crashing and I tracked it down to the lazy load option on SPPB. If I disable that, the issue goes away. Is there a way to exclude certain section or resources from the lazy load? Since the videos in question are background os the home section, there are no dedicated controls.

For now I have disabled lazy load, but I'd like to be able to turn it back on.

I tried to add some script to the templates to ignore the Youtube errors, but it didnt help site is maxmonte.com and it only happens on the homepage

Thanks

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best regards,

it just tries to reload the page once you start scrolling, until it gives up and displays "a problem repeatedly occurred on "https://www.maxmonte.com"

I also tried using chrome on my phone and that also crashes, especially when opening the accordion items on the MODELS section. BTW, did you change something? now whenever you open one of the items in the accordion the background video starts over... it didnt use to do that, it's quite distracting

still same issue, and the weird accordion behaviour is still there (where the background video restarts on any accordion click)

Hello Massimiliano,

Sorry for the inconvenience. There is an issue with lazy loading and YouTube background videos causing page crashes. I've already informed our development team about this.

The issue will be addressed in a future update. In the meantime, please disable lazy loading as a temporary workaround. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Best regards
