Hello,
Can't start SP Page Builder 6 Pro that I just bought. I try to use it in Joomla 4.4.13 Got error message, Something went wrong! Back to admin. Request failed with status code 500.
Need quick help please.

Thanks for your answer. I notice That page builder 6 don't support php under version 8. My hosting plateform php is 7.4. No way to use it for my new website.
Can I be refund or what next?

Support for PHP 7.x has been discontinued. Yes, if you are still running PHP 7.x, you MUST upgrade PHP before installing SP Page Builder 6.x Pro/Lite.
Did you contact your hosting provider about php version upgrade, please? Is there any reason behind using PHP 7.x still?
