Captcha - Rhino - Not Active - Error With Vulnerability

Hi, I have a question because I think I made a mistake. Look, I have my personal website with the Rhino template that I bought from Joomla! It turns out the hosting provider is telling me that there's been abuse from the contact form and is demanding that I install a captcha. I've been working on it for the last few weeks, but it's been impossible. So last night, tired of going around in circles, I paid again (I don't speak English, which is why my action may have been incorrect). The problem is, I don't know how to solve the captcha problem and if I should do anything else.

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. To better address the issue, could you kindly provide Joomla administrator access? This will enable me to thoroughly investigate the matter and provide you with a prompt resolution.

I appreciate your cooperation and will ensure to get back to you as soon as possible.

Best regards,

Toufiqur Rahman (Team Lead, Support)

I send the access data and the message from the provider in the hidden box.

Good afternoon, I still haven't found a solution. I've activated Cloudflare but I'm not seeing any effect. I need a solution from Joomla!

I'm sending you my login credentials. What's going on? I need to sort this out, as I've been penalized and can't access my email until I activate the captcha on the contact forms.

Yes, I see you have added the captcha plugin. So, What's the problem now? Thanks

I have a question for you. I previously tried to activate ReCaptcha, but I haven't been able to for two weeks. I contacted Namecheap and understood that I had to pay 100 units again, which is what I did. However, I understand that wasn't the problem and that the solution wasn't related to an update to my service, but rather to a template incompatibility. Is this correct? I'm asking you to understand if I should request a refund.

Actually, Google has changed its policy. That’s why we recommend using Turnstile Captcha. Now, hasn’t your issue been resolved? I saw that you’re already using Turnstile Captcha. If you would like a refund, we are ready to provide it.

I don't know if the problem has been resolved, my question is if the solution has had to do with the payment of the 99 units that they requested or not, from what I understand this captcha problem has nothing to do with the purchase of a new plugin or with the purchase of a new template, if it does have to do with the purchase (I have not bought anything new, but I did pay, because they told me in the namecheap cde chat) but, it would seem that it was not necessary
