I have installed the Quickstart for educonii and while the site appears work on user access. I am unable to edit the Home -default page.

Other page seems fine to edit the frontline edit for Home - default sits on a blank page at this URL

Hello Rab Bassi,

Thank you for reporting this issue. I'm sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing with editing pages using the Educonii template.

To help me investigate this further and resolve the problem, could you please grant me temporary administrative access to your site?

Before you do, I highly recommend creating a full backup of your site to ensure your data is safe.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards

Hi, I did notice this morning that my licence key has been picked up incorrectly from the install.

The installed version of Pagebuilder was 5.4.2. I updated it with the correct value and upgraded the pagebuilder to 6.0.0

But it still does not work

Apologies for the inconvenience. Please reach out to your hosting provider and request the following PHP settings to be adjusted:

  • memory_limit: 256M or 512M (or higher)
  • post_max_size: 128M or higher
  • upload_max_filesize: 10M, 25M, or more
  • max_execution_time: 300 (higher is recommended)
  • max_input_time: 180

These configurations are required for SP Page Builder to function properly. You can also review the full technical requirements here: SP Page Builder Technical Requirements.

Hi Atick,

Brilliant that worked. Could you let me know the final fix as I have the template loaded on another site and would like to resolve that also.
