I want to use your money-back guarantee. I've been a long-time customer, but now the software is really bad.

I've been working on it for four days, but Joomla modules and components aren't working properly. There are many problems. SP page builder works fine one day, but not the next. The same thing happens with EasyStore. The quickstart installation works, but you can't change much, otherwise it won't work properly again!

Thanks for the quick reply, but this info doesn't help. I've already tried this. That's why I said EasyStore isn't really stable.

I've been using j2store with your template for five years, and it was excellent, but now it's really annoying and unstable. I need to figure out how to migrate everything to another CMS or e-commerce platform.

Unfortunately, I have to spend a lot of time on it again now.
