Many Problems After Updating To Joomla 5

SP Page Builder 2 weeks ago

Hi, I have updated the following site chattyamo.it to Joomla 5. The site is the copy, made for update purpouses, of the original site birbachilegge.it. After updating to the CMS version above we find a lot of problems related to the page builder. As an example you can see the page https://www.chattyamo.it/festa-delle-storie-2025, copy of the original page https://www.birbachilegge.it/festa-delle-storie-2025: the highest part of the page of the page has disappeared. Also on the backend of the page we finded some problems, look at the screenshot below:

We have verified multiple times and until now the only browser in which the media popup on the backend works fine is chromium. Can you please check and help correct the bug? Thanks in advance, best regards.

Hello Graficherò,

Thank you for reaching out to us. You already have a separate post regarding this issue. I was able to see the problem on the Firefox browser. However, as our office hours had ended, I couldn’t continue investigating yesterday. I’ll check it today and update you as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,

Currently, there is no news regarding this issue. As a workaround, please use Chrome or Microsoft Edge. This will be fixed after the next upcoming release.
