Hello everyone,

We are currently in the process of creating our own online shop. We are almost finished and are currently testing all functions for accuracy. We have also set up a test account to place an order. We have noticed that despite entering the shipping address in the user menu or registration, the field is not automatically filled with this information at checkout. Is this normal? Is there a setting or option that has been set incorrectly? If the data has to be re-entered for every order, there is no point in opening the store because it is very inconvenient.

Hey,

Thanks for the quick help. Unfortunately, we don't have this button on our test page. Pictures are attached. We're wondering—why can I enter my full address during registration, etc., if it doesn't automatically retrieve it? Isn't that supposed to happen? Your video looks more like it's stored locally on the user's browser and not completed via our homepage.

Thank you for reaching out. To check the issue from our end, please create a staging site and share its login credentials with us. Make sure you provide only the staging site details, not the live site access. This is important because if any issue occurs while we’re working, it will affect only the staging site, not the live one.
