We are currently in the process of creating our own online shop. We are almost finished and are currently testing all functions for accuracy.
We have also set up a test account to place an order. We have noticed that despite entering the shipping address in the user menu or registration, the field is not automatically filled with this information at checkout.
Is this normal? Is there a setting or option that has been set incorrectly? If the data has to be re-entered for every order, there is no point in opening the store because it is very inconvenient.
