Joomla 6 Compatibility "Wayne Corp"

Unfortunately, I’m having some issues with the Wayne Corp template since updating to Joomla 5.4. / 6.0 the problem occurs when I update the “System – Helix Ultimate Framework” from version 2.1.2 to 2.2.0.
The “Top Bar” should appear at the top, but after the update, it moves below the header, where the menu is.
