Team Carsousel Duplication

Hello,
We have a team carousel set up on our 'about us' page, with 3 items. However, one of the items is being duplicated so 4 items are showing on the front-end. I have the items per slide set to 3 so I do not understand why this is happening. Please scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the duplication.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I've reviewed your site and found that the Team Carousel addon has been overridden, as shown here: prnt.sc/74Oq35XHZDVe.
This override wasn't implemented by us, nor is it part of the Helix Ultimate template. It appears to have been done by you or your site developer. Addressing modifications made outside of our services falls outside our standard support policy.
You can remove the JRoot/templates/shaper_helixultimate/sppagebuilder/addons/team_carousel folder to revert the override.
