Probably something I don't understand, but when I try to import a layout it says this: "Something went wrong there."

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Happening on more than one site, seems to be a bug.

There were no cache files in that folder, if you're referring to:

Using the FTP tool or the File Manager from cPanel, clear the content of this folder: administrator\cache.

Here are the contents:

Could you please try the latest version of page builder?

We are using SP Pagebuilde 6.1.0 now.

Again, this is happening on more than one site.

Could you please Reinstall SPPB and then try again? It will update all the files. By the way, please recheck your license information. The SPPB valid license key should be taken from the JoomShaper dashboard: https://www.joomshaper.com/dashboard/frontview and insert correct email address that is associated with JoomShaper account.

Note: Please keep a full site backup before making any changes.

That seems to have fixed it. The licenses and email were correct in the previous install, must have been something gone wrong in the install or upgrade.

Thank you!
