Please follow the steps. Do understand that everything might not work and we do not provide customization support. But this will give you hints on how to do it.

1. Please go to this location: templates/shaper_hope/html/mod_search and place topsearch.php file. Unzip the file and then replace.

topsearch.php.zip

2. Please go to this location: templates/shaper_hope/css and place custom.css file. Unzip the file and then replace.

custom.css.zip

3. Please go to this location: templates/shaper_hope/js and place custom.js file. Unzip the file and then replace.

custom.js.zip

4. Create a search module on Hope template and assign position. Use the below advanced settings for the module.

In mod_search no exsite topsearch.php there is only the default.php file I imagine that it cannot be done as you indicate, right?

You have to unzip the file that I have given. There is topsearch.php file. Place in the html folder.
