Tabs Like In Medic Template

I am using a non-Joomshaper template for my site, the template is VP Neoteric which is built in Helix framework, I do not want to rebuild the entire site but I really like the way and style for tabs used in the Mednic template. how can I duplicate this section inside my Neoteric template?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
In that case, please install the Mednic template quickstart package. After that, export the page you’d like, then import it into your main site. Once imported, you can remove any unnecessary sections and design your new ones as needed.
