After Update Hikashop: Quantity Field is Empty (instead Of The Default Of 1)

Hello,

1., I would like to ask for help. I downloaded the aspasia template. I updated the hikashop. On the product page the quantity field is empty. Previously, the default was the number 1 in the field. What could be the problem, I have not found a solution so far. I hope you can help me.

2 ., Is the aspasia template expected to be updated soon? After the hikashop update, the css fell apart, all the little things need to be rewritten to make the look correct.

I don't know of another template that works well with the latest hikashop, but if there is one, I'd be happy to look :)

Sorry, but is this the support for joomshaper? I asked for help more than 1 month ago, only one problem to be solved, but there is a dialogue between us and nothing happens. You forwarded the problem to the developers, so why am I not getting help? So how am I supposed to buy anything from you in the future if this is to be expected?

My apology for the misunderstanding. I have discussed the issue with the developers. After investigating, we have found that the template is not compatible with the recent version extensions and Joomla versions. Since it was updated a long ago and since then we have not worked with hikashop, it is difficult to provide a minor fix. A lot of work is needed to fix this. It is easier to release a new template with that effort. So, I have provided you the fact rather than false hope. Our recommendation is J2Store for e-commerce.
