if you want your component to have real success in Europe, just adapt what Hikashop did. They are the most known e-commerce solution for Joomla, so take it as base and look here https://www.hikashop.com/marketplace.html

Your team should have published Easystore only once it has 70% of Hikashop functions... Actually it is not possible to use custom fileds, add attachements to confirmation mails, and much more...
