Rafael, I assume that you're the main webmaster of that site, please conside switching from old Helix3 to Helix Ultimate. Then uninstall Helix3 template and all helix3 plugins, it will allows you to use new versions of Joomla faster. And you will get more settings in Template Options, also if we talk about Logo etc.
