Can´t Save Fron Frontend

SP Page Builder 6 days ago

I have two Joomla sites on the same server and domain. Both use SP Page Builder, but with different templates. One worked perfectly, but the one I was developing with the Dentro template doesn't allow me to save from the frontend. Thinking it might be due to a plugin I installed, I created another folder on the server and reinstalled Quickstart. This new Joomla site also doesn't allow me to save from the frontend. What do you suggest I do?

Solved.

I followed the recommendations I could implement myself, but it didn't solve the problem. However, I shared this information with the server support team:

The changes they made resolved the problem, but they didn't clearly explain what they did:

"We've added some security rules to the whitelist, as they were blocking functionality in the application."

Now I can save form the frontend editor. Thank you, so much.

Thanks for the detailed response. Probably, they have modified mod security rules.
