Add On "Joomla Module" in Pagebuilder does not Show Images of a Module

Asked by Andreas Maier 11 months ago Last activity 9 months ago

I want to use Testimonials. The problem with the includedTestimonial Add on is, that there is no "read more" Button/link for longer reviews. So i installed the "Responsive Testimonials Pro" Component from JoomlaX. I can display the Testimonials as a Module. But there is a problem when i want to use it with your Pagebuilder. You have the "Joomla Mudule" Add on. I wanted to use that add on to display the Module "Responsive Testimonial Pro". But it does not show the images. Can you help?

Best Regards

Hallo,

no problem.

The Support of the JoomlaX, who build the Component, solved the problem.

Hallo again,

i am sorry, that i have to bother you again. But a new problem occurred. The module now shows the images, but if i click the "read more" in the frontend there is no "show less" button. Somehow a part of the pop up disappears. i already tried to change the z index, but thats not the problem. Sometimes i can not even click the "read more" Like on the second screenshot.

History: I created a new Module with the testimonials i like to use. At the first view in the frontend, after creating the module, everything was working fine. But then i changed the Effect in testimonial Settings and after that it was not working anymore. Can you please help?

Best regards,
Andreas

I have used the module on the page using module position footer1. The read more behavior works exactly same as used in the Joomla Module addon.

I think there is no issue. You should check it with the module developer.
