Mega Menu On Mednic Template does Not Look Nice.

Hi guys, I need guidance on how to configure the Mega Menu on the Mednic template. So far, my attempts to add the Mega Menu have failed. I tried to configure it from the template Helix control panel, and it doesn't look right.
I'm using Joomla 5 and have installed the Quickstart Pack for Joomla 5. I cannot post the website here since it's still not live yet, but I think you can try to configure the Mega Menu from any Mednic template to see it. I wish I could upload the screenshot here, but I cannot.
Please help.

Thank you for reaching out. If you need fix now, please create a staging site and share its login credentials with us. Make sure you provide only the staging site details, not the live site access. This is important because if any issue occurs while we’re working, it will affect only the staging site, not the live one. We want to maintain full transparency between the user and our support team.
