Form is Not Submitted

SP Page Builder 1 week ago

I am using Form Builder on my new website.

When I hit the submit button, nothing happens. No error message. No email is recieved. No redirect to the redirect URL.

I have tested the PHP email and it works.

What is going wrong?

Issues fixed, In Email field, it would be email not Email. I correct it now email.

Hello,

As far as I can see I have followed everything in your documentation. The only exception is that I use a redirect page, just to check that the form is submitted. But also without redirect it doesn't work.

FYI I added some screenshots of the settings.
