Lightbox Template Slide Show Not Showing In SP Page Builder

Hello, As stated in the title, Lightbox template slide show at tope of home page not showing in SP Page Builder. I've tried this in Chrome browser and in Edge browser. Same result as last time I submitted a thread. I need help with this ASAP so I can try and close the sale with this customer. Website address is in hidden content section of this post.

I can see the issue. For some reason when in edit mode, the top portion of the website will not show up. It displays like I'm scrolled down slightly. Refer to the image i sent in last post and reference the image link i'm sending in this post in hidden content.

Did you try the backend editor of SPPB also? May I have your admin access to check the issue for you?

Yes, it shows up in the backend. admin login in hidden content.

Additionally, I've found that if i clear cache the whole page displays. Once I reload for any reason or leave the page and come back, it no longer displays.
