SP Page Builder Button – Open Link In Same Window

Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue with the Button addon in SP Page Builder: since updating to Joomla 5, buttons always open links in a new window, even when “Open in new tab” is unchecked. In my current SPPB version, there is no “Attributes” option under the Advanced tab, so I cannot directly set target="self".
Could you please advise the best way to make a button open a link in the same window without SPPB automatically rewriting it to blank? Is there an official solution or a recommended workaround for this issue on Joomla 5?
