Since the Joomla 3.x official support has ended back in 2023, is it possible for you to use the latest Joomla version or at least Joomla 5? Then let me know the exact scenario, where you are getting issue.

Indeed, extensions for Joomla 3 are not supported anymore. Consider > https://www.joomshaper.com/joomla-extensions/sp-weather + with a new Joomla version. Otherwise you have to use a widget script directly from the Weather website https://openweathermap.org/widgets-constructor

this one should work in all Joomla versions 1.5 - 6.x
