Move Website With Saved Changes On Different Server

Hello there,
At the beginning I will say that I am not an expert in joomla, but I have a question whether it is possible to install the entire quickstart template (Wimble) on one server (let's call it a test one), make changes and then install it with the changes made (e.g. new subpages added) on another server target?

Yes, it is possible. You can take a full site backup with Akeeba Backup in ZIP format and transfer your site. Follow this tutorial for Akeeba Backup. Or you can follow any other way.
