prefix_sppagebuilder - stores all used pages, and Articles with SPPB mode.

Just search by page name or content inside.

database file can be opended in Text Software editor as well (Notepad++)

Next time check here first > https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/database-tables-used-by-sppb

Hello,

We apologize for the inconvenience and understand how important your work is. Please note that the content of pages created with SP Page Builder is not stored in files on the server. Instead, all page content is stored in the database.

Similarly, Joomla articles are also stored in the database, not as individual files. Unfortunately, this means that having only an FTP copy will not give access to the page or article content directly.

If you have access to the database (for example, via phpMyAdmin or a backup), it is possible to retrieve your page and article content from there. We understand this can be frustrating, and we can guide you step by step on how to extract your content safely.

Best regards

The item you are referring to is not a Joomla article — it is actually an SP Page Builder page.

without database, with only files you cannot do anything. The same would be with WordPress.

You have to talk with Hosting Company, in most cases they store backups for 7, 10 or 14 days. If not, change company!

Login at your hostingprovider

If the operation system of your hosting is something like "DirectAdmin" or "Plesk" there is an option to restore automatic backups from your host. Normally the system should backup your whole website (including database) every day, and there should be a retantion period of at least 10 days.
