Gourmand Recipe Header

Template 1 week ago

Hi,

I acquired and installed the Gourmand template and tried to fill it. However, the editing of the recipes seems to be impossible. There are three main issues:

  1. Editing a recipe with SP Page Builder within the article from backend doesn't work. First, the template says "save the article first" and after I did it, the message stays the same, no matter what I try
  2. I can edit the recipe via the frontend, but then the header image is just gone and so is the article title, category and date. If I save it accidentally, it shows up without header image and all the details mentioned above
  3. The article view in the backend has a custom field named "Test", I don't know the purpose of that one.

Please advise how to fix this.

Thanks in advance and regards Marc

Edit: I understood now that the header of a recipe is generated via the article images. However, after uploading an image, I can't edit the article anymore in pagebuilder, neither in front nor in backend, and the PB-formatting is gone, the text has turned to plain text.

Hello Marc Lang,

Thank you for reaching out to our technical support forum. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing. Rest assured, I will look into this issue for you and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

You have turn on SP Page Builder integration and then save the article. Then it will be the same as before. After that, you can edit the article with SP Page Builder.
