Defer/delete JS And Css Unused Files

Hi Guys,
It there anyway to do the following things for css/js files :
- delete them
- add attributes defer for JS
- add media print for css
Cause in this example below for example : color-switcher.css et js are laoded but not used on the site, i have disable it in admin but they are loaded.
And in other case, some are loaded sooner that needed and impact googpe speed

By using SPPB Settings No, but if you will use JCH_Optimize Pro - (2) will be possible, about (1) I am not sure.
About 3 - you have to add that styles manually, if you really need them. But that in Template Options > Custom Code > Before Head. Of course first you have to create those styles.

JCH have some big trouble and in my case he can't defer well the script For manually i know but want to add to sppagebuilder css !
You should ask developper to do this is bug importance to amleiore google speed. Strange to no think to do that nowaday !
just an option to select the js to defer, same on css.
