About Category Headings And Social Media Icons

Hi,
I installed a new theme and encountered a few problems.
When I access the article, the category heading appears in an irrelevant location. In the area I've indicated in the image.
The second issue is, shouldn't the voting area and social media icons be at the bottom of the article? How can I fix this?

The article design is overridden in the template. I have customized this file to fix the second issue:
templates/stratos/html/com_content/article/default.php

Also, I could not get the first issue. Please let me know about your first issue in details. What actually you want to do with the header?
