Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best regards,

yes sure. Here is my credentials in the hidden content.

Please go here: https://datapunkt.io/administrator/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&layout=edit&id=95

and try to edit text box... - you will be not be able to do this. This is original problem. We though we just need to update your package and update joomla and K2.

K2 i have updated, afte load your new version package - web suite doesn't started to load... and then when I run joomla update 4.. - it goes completelly into the fatal error...

So we need to fix this issue:

  1. Please go here: https://datapunkt.io/administrator/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&layout=edit&id=95 and try to edit text box... - you will be not be able to do this.

  2. then we need to update you module

  3. Update joomla..

For now I have restored this web suite as of before I run your updates. so we can see error#1

I believe the latest version of SP Page Builder is not properly installed. Please take a full backup of your site and then reinstall the latest version of SP Page Builder. The version currently installed does not appear to be the latest.

Thanks

The main issue appears to be that your Joomla version is very outdated, as well as your PHP version.

Please create a staging environment and then follow the article below to upgrade your Joomla 3 site to Joomla 4. After successfully completing that step, you can proceed to upgrade from Joomla 4 to Joomla 5.

Article: https://www.joomshaper.com/blog/how-to-update-your-site-to-joomla-4

Without completing these upgrades, you will not be able to properly use our latest product.

Thank you for your understanding.

Yes, but we cannot update joomla because of your product: https://datapunkt.io/administrator/index.php?option=com_joomlaupdate

When you go to the updates - it shows that SP page builder doesn't allow us to update joomla. This is a problem actually.

So we cannot update Joomla because it blocked by your service. When we run the Joomla updates - then it just fail.

Can you please have a look on this?

We have also created our staging environment here: https://backup.datapunkt.io/administrator/index.php?option=com_users&view=users

Please use the same login and pass to get login. You can do what ever needed in this environment. Please help up uplift our Joomla and your Service.. Because we cannot now uplift our joomla because of the SP Page Builder and vice versa we cannot uplift SP Page builder because of Joomla.

I have thoroughly tested your site on my local PC. I successfully installed Joomla 4.4.10, and I noticed that the VirtueMart, K2 component, and vmLoaderPluginUpdate plugin are very old versions. These older versions are not compatible with Joomla 4 and cause issues.

Therefore, please follow these steps on your staging site:

  1. Upload the stable Joomla 4 versions of these extensions first: • VirtueMart • K2 component • vmLoaderPluginUpdate plugin
  2. For SP Page Builder, do not use the latest version; instead, use a version compatible with Joomla 4, such as SP Page Builder v4.0.11 or 5.0.0.
  3. After uploading the stable versions, install Joomla using the upload and update options. You will see stable versions available for download there.

We will continue to provide support for these third-party products. You may also contact this template owner support forum, they may can help or have this template for Joomla 4 compatible.

Thank you for your understanding.
