Thank you for the details. I’ve checked the form, and there doesn’t appear to be any issue with the SP Page Builder form itself.
In most cases, this problem is related to Joomla mail configuration or server email settings. Please check the following:
- Go to System → Global Configuration → Server
- Verify that the Mail Settings are correctly configured (Mailer, From Email, SMTP details if used)
- Try sending a test email from System → Global Configuration → Server → Send Test Mail
Also, please make sure that:
• The recipient email address in the form settings is correct
• The server allows outgoing emails (some hosting providers block mail by default)
After verifying these, please test the form again and let us know the result.
