In general is possible. I am not sure if just from Layout settings, but if not, extra CSS may be neede.
Can you share link to screenshot from Template Options > Layout of your site.

Accepted AnswerThanks, as you also may see your header is custom, it means that you can just replace order.
- in "logo-left" - change position name to "logo"
- and in "logo" - put something else "feature" for example or "logo-left"
It's like in the car, when you ask the children to change seats ;)
