Row "Top Shape" Not Responsive

Hello,

I am using the "Top Shape" option with a low-angled slope. Unfortunately, the "Top Shape" option is not responsive or can be customized for various display sizes (Laptop / Tablet / Mobile), and also cannot be switched off for mobile display only (for example).

This leads to the situation that the slope looks awfully steep on mobile phones in landscape mode.

See here: https://ibb.co/BKC2wGCk https://ibb.co/cKHNXvyc

Kindly let me know how I can make use of the slope option on various display sizes.

Thanks, Ben

Hello Ben,

Thank you for reaching out, and we apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing.

The Top Shape option itself does not include a separate toggle to disable it for specific devices (such as mobile only). However, you can control its appearance responsively by adjusting the shape height and width per device, which should help avoid the steep slope issue on smaller screens or landscape mobile views.

Here is how you can manage this based on the editor you are using:

If you are using the Backend Editor:

  • At the top of the value panel, select the target device (Desktop / Tablet / Mobile).
  • Adjust the Top Shape height and width values individually for each device.

If you are using the Frontend Editor:

  • Use the device switcher at the top of the editor (Desktop / Tablet / Mobile).
  • Set appropriate values for each device to ensure the slope appears proportional.

By reducing the shape height specifically for mobile (especially landscape mode), you should be able to achieve a more balanced visual result without removing the Top Shape entirely.

If you need further assistance or have additional questions, please let us know. We will be happy to help.

Thanks, Atick.

I was not aware that the height and width options were reacting to the device swithing option.

Hello Ben,

You’re very welcome. No problem at all—it’s a common point that many users overlook. The device switcher makes it easy to customize settings like height and width for each screen size, ensuring your design looks great on all devices.

If you need any guidance on setting optimal values for mobile or tablet, feel free to reach out—we’ll be happy to assist.

Best regard
