Some problems are unsolvable.
If you have 2nd laptop, you can check there. If it will work, then problem is local.

I have checked your issue in Opera browser on mac. It works fine. On right mouse click, context menu opens perfectly. Please check your browser version. If not updated, then update it to the latest version.
Sorry, Internet Explorer browser is not supported. Use Microsoft Edge browser instead of it.

As you know each browser is different. So it's hard to say, it's on software level. Here is screenshot from my Opera & Image addon
