SPPB Caterory Blog Style

I realize this has been asked and demanded to be an option with SPPB when creating Joomla Articles with SPPB.
The site I am working on, has 20+ standar joomla articles, I want to convert those artivle to Joomla with SPPB article. Unfortunate using the Joomla Catergory Block does not work correctly all it does is list 1 artcile with a reqd more link.
What I require is to be able to rebuild the news article to SPPB Article but getting the blocg style is impossible.
What I need to achieve similar to the standard Joomla menu Category Blog list as shown here
Questiojn, why is SPPB not able to do this feature which is a staple for Joomla users.
