Home Menu Item On Multilingual Site Not Visible In First Position

Hi, I'd like to ask you why the English menu item doesn't appear first on my bilingual website "pugliandgo.com built with Joomla 5, even though the order in the backend seems correct. I've attached the site's username and password in the hidden content section in case you need them.
