Possible, I am in the middle of that process, I will create a new position in layout under footer and I will put it there.

1. I used SPPB module "Kontakt Box" .
2. I disabled Row from "Home" page.
3. The module Bg color I set in Template Options > Layout > Footer-Kontakt > Section Settings.
