In the first screenshot, I format the text, and after saving, all formatting is lost, as shown in screenshot 2.

In the third screenshot, I enter the exact address. The map is not displayed in the frontend.

In the fourth screenshot, nothing is displayed when I click on “Select image.”

Please go to this location:

administrator/components/com_spstrings/models/forms/

and replace event.xml file with the attached file. You need to unzip the file and then replace.

event.xml.zip

Then the description format will be preserved.
