Hello NiroC,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Currently, you can't do that. However, the multi-currency feature is already in the development stage, and we hope it will be released soon.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Best regards,

Hi, ... what do you mean with "soon" ? one month ? more ? As most customers needs just received " we will think about it " and then no more news, no roadmap... it is complicated for some customers to know if they can use your solution. Think about swiss customers, they have 3 native languages and 1 currency, so actually not possible to use it.... since so long.

In the upcoming release, we will include several improvements and bug fixes. After this version, we plan to introduce multi-currency support. Hopefully, these features will be available next month.

We appreciate your understanding, as this is currently beyond our control.

We will also be sharing a detailed roadmap for each of our products with our users very soon.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Best regards,

We are nearly done with this feature. Currently, we are focusing on the EasyStore Free version, which is still in the testing stage. After its release, this feature will be implemented.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

we are premium users. we never requested a free version.

as premium users, we need multi currency. the money we paid for easystore could not get a return because of not having these features.

even after we requested it, ever after many month,.

still you says, you have postponed the multi currency and given priority to something else which we never requested

Hello NiroC,

First of all, thank you for your continued patience and for being a premium EasyStore user. We completely understand your frustration, and your feedback is absolutely valid.

Multi-currency support is a very important feature, especially for international businesses and regions like Switzerland where customers may require multiple languages and currencies. We understand that this limitation has directly impacted your business operations and expected return from the platform.

To clarify, the EasyStore Free release was not intended to replace or deprioritize premium customer needs. It is part of a larger infrastructure update that also affects how upcoming core features — including multi-currency — will be implemented and maintained more reliably across the platform.

The good news is that multi-currency development is already in its final stage internally. The reason for the delay was mainly due to architectural changes needed to support it properly instead of releasing a temporary or unstable solution.

We also acknowledge that our communication regarding timelines could have been clearer, and we appreciate you continuing to follow up with us.

At the moment:

  • Multi-currency support is still a top priority
  • Development is nearly completed
  • The feature is planned for release after the current Free version rollout stabilizes

We truly value your support as a premium customer, and your feedback helps us prioritize features that matter most to real businesses.

Thank you again for your patience and honest feedback.
