Hello,

I hope you’re doing well. I’m sorry for the experience you’ve had so far.

To look into this issue more closely, could you please share temporary Super Admin access (inside the hidden content box)? I’ll check this and update you as soon as possible.

Please make sure to keep a full site backup before sharing the credentials, just to be safe.

Meanwhile, you may clear your Joomla and browser cache deeply to see if it helps!

Kindly check the following documenttion on demo images, this is true for all quickstarts: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/joomla-templates/justice/no-photos-from-demo

Best regards,

Hi,

Thanks for the information.

I was trying to check from the frontend editor. Please check the screenshot in the hidden content box.

There is no module selected in the indicated field. Would you please select and save modules for every Joomla module addon in that column to see if it helps!

Let me know the outcome.

Best regards,

In the backend when I select the moudle I get the following ="Unhandled Runtime Error!"

Did you try to select a module in the indicated field within the shared screenshot from the frontend editor as I requested earlier?

Hi,

Did you mean same error for both end? Unfortunately, I can't understand what happens when you selected from frontend, then save. Please accept my apologies.
