Text Area In Left Of Template

Hello I have this website : https://khaima-itc.com/ar/ I need to add a text on the left side of the header (https://prnt.sc/26f6v4d) I tried to add it in top1 possion but it not worked !!

There is no topbar, that is why your module doesn't appear. You should assign a module position within your layout builder to make them appear. You can select the 'Top bar' predefined header layout either: https://prnt.sc/26m1jz8
However, if you wants the text on the left of your menu then you can publish the module in that menu position or you can modify your header with an extra column and then put a new module position there such as menu-right, then publish your module to that position will make it visible.
I have found a module published on top2 https://prnt.sc/26m1kz2, so I have changed it to menu https://prnt.sc/26m1lt3 and it is apearing now https://prnt.sc/26m1nsq. Please check and let me know.

If you want to place a text in your topbar, then you can create a SP Page Builder module with textblock addon and publish the addon on your topbar with available position there.
You may need to remove or modify your module, and/or section margin, padding value to fit it well.
