Rythm Template Not Working Correctly

Hi guys! I just ( few days ago) bought a 1 year subscription to your services. I want to build a page around the Rythm template, but it is broken - it does not look like the template preview (best looking) - the slider is misaligned and not in the correct order. I browsed the forum and replaced the scss file but there is no solution to this.. It is really frustrating to pay for a service and the quickstart (the first step) does not work and used and intended. I used similar services for years (not the SP Page Bulder - this is new terrain for me) and never had so many issues at the beginning...
