Article List "Hits" Background Color

On a page containing a list of articles; inspect shows this in bootstrap.min.css:
.bg-info { --bs-bg-opacity: 1; background-color: rgba(var(--bs-info-rgb),var(--bs-bg-opacity)) !important; }
I need to change the background-color to #cc0000, but it shows it as 2 variables. Where do I change it?
It currently is: #0DCAF0
