If you used 3 columns and 3 Image addons, just change settings in Columns. Do the same in 3 columns (!)

OR

Classic method. Use a single image with 3 images inside, separated by space. Then you can have two images to get 3x3, or single 3x3 with all images inside.

Example (3 in 1, single jpg file)
