Hi, After installing PB 6.2.3 i have 2 problems:

  1. After a change on a site i cant save the page. After click on "SAVE" in backend-editor: message "Request failed with status code 500. In frontend-editor he falls in a endles loop.
  2. Can't open my english pages. Message "Default Layout file is not exists! Please goto to template manager and create a new layout first." in Front- and backend editor the same. The german pages open fine.

The documentation is not helping. Is not helping. Please send me an installation.zip from the 6.2.2 Version. I have to made same changes on my website.

            For Fixing the problem u found the login credentials in hidden content.

Hello,

I’ve checked your backend and found that the saving process is being blocked by the plugin plg_finder_tabulizer. Please see the screenshots in the hidden content box for reference.

After disabling this plugin, I was able to save SP Page Builder pages successfully from both the frontend and backend editors.

I’m unable to locate the source of the following error:

“Default Layout file does not exist! Please go to the Template Manager and create a new layout first.”

Could you please guide me on where I should check to quickly identify the affected area? That would help me investigate and provide proper support.

You're most welcome. Kindly help me to locate the second error. Where do you see that error? I tried to open your English pages as well as English template styles, but there was no error!

It comes by trying an english page with backend-edtor. But after disabling the plugin this problem is also solved. Tanks
