Enticed by the descriptions, I purchased the SPB PRO package for$99, hoping it would simplify building my website. I read the instructions carefully. It was supposed to be easy, but it's the opposite. I understand all the subsequent steps of building a website, but I haven't found instructions on how to link the package to Joomla so that I can edit in both the backend and frontend. I always get a 404 or similar error. I think the cause may be an incorrect setting in the SPB PRO module or menu. Two days spent on the settings didn't help. The situation is complicated by the fact that I can't share the computer because I'm not its primary user. @Ramek1

Hi @Ramek1,

Sorry for the inconvenience you’re experiencing.

Could you please share a screencast demonstrating the issue you’re facing? That would help us review it more accurately and guide you accordingly. If possible, providing admin access in the hidden content box would also be very helpful for further investigation.

Best regards,

I have two pages - the first one (8) doesn't work, neither the preview nor the front editor; the second one (9) works, but the preview doesn't work, but the front editor doesn't. I'm attaching screenshots. Administrator access seems to be impossible. @Ramek1

Hi,

Unfortunately, without the admin access it's tough to guess what it happening there. Where do you get that error? As soon as opening the frontend editor of SPPB?

Please make sure you have fulfilled all the technical requirements and PHP configurations: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/technical-requirements

Hello, I managed to fix it, but I'm sad to say I'm disappointed with the product. It works fine on Windows. Unfortunately, it performs unacceptably well on macOS. The photos in the created templates are shaking, and there's no way to fix it. There was no information about this error.

Sincerely, Rafał Michałowski

Hello, unfortunately, a screenshot won't show the shaking of the scrolling page on a MacBook. This bug has been mentioned several times on this forum. However, I only learned about it after purchasing a subscription. I need a flawless website, and this subscription doesn't provide that. Therefore, I request a cancellation of the subscription and a refund of the $99 paid. Regards.

Hi,

Please accept my apologies.

I was requesting for a screencast though. However, would you please redirect me to any relevant post where the issue is figured out already?

Moreover, share your JoomShaper associated email address too.

Thanks for your cooperation.

The problem wasn't resolved in any of the posts. The images still shake when they were shaking. The link to the screencast and email associated with the account is in the hidden content. Best regards.
