How To Insert Instructions Or Comments Inside A Form Builder

Hi, I would like to make a survey form using the form builder inside Page Builder Pro. But I am not sure how to insert header, instructions or comments in between the input fields.

This is similar to google form where we can just type text instead of input fields.

  1. By default is not possible.

  3. As alternative use description box on the right/left side (column) in Text addon. This is also popular method.

Thanks, I got it, by hiding the input field. that will do the trick :D

yes, display: none for not needed input field do that trick, but it's a duck tape solution ;)
