Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
We’ve reviewed this issue and confirmed that there is a problem with the sample CSV file currently provided by EasyStore, which can cause the import to fail due to an incorrect file structure. We have already informed the project manager about this, and it will be addressed in an upcoming update.
In the meantime, as a workaround, please export a few existing products from your EasyStore and use that exported CSV file as a template for your imports. This structure is fully compatible and should work without any issues.
